About the Project
New housing is coming to Crested Butte, Colorado which will offer a blend of modern amenities and mountain charm. The project will feature a mix of townhomes and apartments in Studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bed configurations, designed to complement the area’s natural beauty while providing residents with easy access to outdoor activities. Servitas and its partner firms, in concert with Gunnison County and the Town of Crested Butte, aim to create a vibrant community that aligns with the town’s unique lifestyle and commitment to preserving its natural environment. Whetstone Village is bringing 252 new units of housing to serve the Gunnison valley workforce with sustainable and community focused living.
